About the Cluster Dariba situated 26Km away from Sujangarh and about 100Km from Distt. H.Q. It is well connected with road. Weaving is main occupation of the village. The cluster is almost 35 years old. The weavers working in the cluster are skilled/semi skilled and are able to make simple woven design. The kinds of products which the weavers are currently producing are blankets, shawl, pattu, loies, khase, towels and gamchas. These products are being produced according to seasonal demand and are mainly made of cotton, Woolen, Cashmillon and Shoddy yarn and are made in different sizes and quality with yarn of different counts to produce different weight products. Most of the weavers of Dariba belong to Prajapati Community. They are educated and have a will to improve their standard of living. In Dariba cluster, work is donr only for four months, i.e. from Oct. to Jan. but after that most of the weavers have to sit idle. Therefore, a large number of weavers are diverted to some other occupation.
